Tell us what you need
Book online, or call or text and describe the job, big or small. We'll confirm what you want done so there are no surprises, and you can hand us a whole list if you've got one.

A real window, and a heads-up
We give you an honest arrival window and keep it, and we let you know when we're on the way. No all-day waiting, no no-shows. Reliability is the whole point.

We listen first, then do it right
When we arrive, we look at the job with you before we start. We take the time to do it properly and sweat the details, because a job worth doing is worth doing once.

Respect for your home
It's your home, and we treat it that way: drop cloths down, careful around your floors and furniture, tidy as we go, and considerate of your time and space the whole visit.

Cleaned up and walked through
We clean up thoroughly and haul out the debris, then walk you through what we did. You're left with the work done and the space cleaner than we found it.

The quote is the bill
Pricing is upfront and the final bill matches what we told you: $150/hour with a one-hour minimum, materials separate, no surprise line items. Payment's due when the work is done.
