An hour of handyman labor every month, member pricing on anything bigger, and an annual home-safety once-over. The easy way to stay ahead of the small stuff.
Labor included
- 1 hour of handyman labor per month
- Unused hours roll over up to 4 hours while your membership is active
- One-hour minimum per visit; additional time billed in 15-minute increments; materials billed separately
Member labor discounts (per project, combinable with banked hours)
- 1–3 additional hours, 30% off ($105/hr)
- 4–6 additional hours, 35% off ($97.50/hr)
- 7+ additional hours, 40% off ($90/hr)
Annual maintenance & home-safety inspection
- Visual only. No repairs during the inspection, no guarantees made
- Plumbing fixtures and visible leaks, accessible shut-off valves, caulk seals
- Doors, windows and locks; bulbs and outlets; drafts and cold spots; dryer-vent accessibility
- Smoke and CO detectors inspected, and fire extinguishers visually inspected (battery replacement available as a billable add-on)
Ultimate Care

Everything in Standard, plus more hours, twice-a-year inspections, seasonal prep, and HVAC filters handled for you. Great for busy homeowners and small landlords.

- Bi-annual home-safety inspection
- Bi-annual winterizing / de-winterizing prep (shut-off valves + exterior hoses)
- Up to 4 HVAC filter replacements per year

- Materials billed separately
Extra properties
- Add up to 2 more properties at $50/month each
- Added properties get the same included services but do not accrue labor hours
- Mid-year add-ons may be prorated
Each plan is an annual membership, billed monthly, that auto-renews each year until you cancel. Not month-to-month and not a one-time purchase. Enrollment and the membership agreement are handled directly with us; we don’t collect card or bank details through the website.

Standard non-member labor is $150/hour with a one-hour minimum.
Straight answers
The fine print, up front.
- Each plan is an annual membership that auto-renews every year until you cancel. Not month-to-month and not a one-time purchase. It's billed monthly at the rate shown ($150 or $275/month).
- Unused and banked hours must be used while your membership is active and have no cash value.
- Priority service and scheduling means priority. Not instant or guaranteed same-day service.
- Materials are always billed separately. Inspections are visual and preventative, with no guarantees made.
- Cancelling mid 12-month term incurs a one-month fee ($150 Standard / $275 Ultimate). There's no fee after you complete a 12-month term; unused banked hours are forfeited on cancellation.
- Emergency work isn't a separate included benefit. It's billed as standard (discounted) member labor.
- Card payments add a 3% processing fee, and NY sales tax (8.375%) applies where required.
