A sticking door usually isn't the door. It's a settled frame, worn hinges, or paint build-up. We find why it's binding and fix that, rather than just shaving the door, so it keeps working.
Locks that actually secure
A deadbolt that doesn't fully throw isn't protecting anything. We make sure locks align with the strike, latch cleanly, and lock fully, and we can re-key or replace hardware so the right keys work.
Honest pricing
$150/hour, one-hour minimum.
